Zigbang Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, the “Company”)

I understand that my personal information that you acquire as I use your Company’s service includes information for which you need my consent so that you can collect, use, provide, consign its processing, and provide it to be used as credit information under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc., and the Credit Information Use and Promotion Act.

Accordingly, I hereby confirm the following details and consent to your collection, utilization, and provision of my personal information:

1. Information collected for service provision

1) Compulsory information to be collected

- Mobile phone number, IMEI and Profile photo (“contact information”);

- Information on the installed product (network status, battery status, door lock open status, and firmware version);

- Service use records (Door in and out history etc.), hours of use, amount of use, and access log; and

- Recording made during customer consultation (“recorded information”)

2) Purpose of collection

- Fulfillment of agreement related to service provision;

- Membership control: Identification of person connected to membership service, personal identification, prevention of illegal or unauthorized use by improper members, and customer request processing such as complaint resolution and dispute settlement;

- Business processing related to the service subscription, change, A/S, and cancellation;

- Delivery of items such as devices and giveaways;

- Service opening, fault processing, and quality improvement activities;

- Customer request processing, verification of complaints about service use, and delivery of notices related to the service;

- Customer questionnaires, as well as satisfaction surveys; and

- Information needed for the verification of overlapping subscription, personal identification, and authentication for the service use.

3) Possession and utilization period In any of the following cases, the Company will delete the collected information without delay to protect the personal information:

① When your personal information is no longer necessary because the company has achieved the purpose of processing it;

② When you delete your membership or do not use the service for one year; and

③ When you withdraw your consent on the use of your personal information. However, the Company will keep the information that should be kept under the applicable laws for the period specified by such laws.

4) Right to refuse and disadvantages The user has the right to refuse to consent to the collection and utilization of his/her personal information. Nevertheless, if the user does not consent to the collection and utilization of his/her personal information, he/she may not establish or maintain a transactional relationship with the Company.

2. Provision of general personal information for third parties The Company provides the following personal information to third parties for a variety of services to users. If the Company needs to provide user’s personal information to a third party, the Company must notify the user in advance and get your consent ① NHN Corp. , KAKAO Corp.

- Purpose: To provide smart door lock service

- Provided personal information: User authentication token, installed product information (door lock open, Privacy mode setting, door lock status)

- Possession and utilization period: Until users delete their membership or for the period of the consignment contract However, the following case are excluded.

1) When prescribed by the applicable laws, or when investigative authorities demand personal information to investigate in accordance with the procedures and methods specified by the applicable laws.
